The program was organized at the Business Administration Faculty building of the University's Dhanmondi Campus.
VC of Eastern University Professor Dr. Nurul Islam presided over the program while eminent writer and poet Saiyad Samsul Haque was present there as the chief guest.
Moreover, Dean of Business administration faculty Professor Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Dean of Engineering & Technology Faculty Professor Dr. Nurul Islam and Dean of Arts Faculty Professor Dr. Kashinath Ray were also present there.
