The viva voce of Barisal University (BU) admission tests will begin on November 14. The viva of ‘Ka’, ‘Kha’ and ‘Ga’ units will be held on November 14 and 15 while that of ‘Gha’ unit on November 17 and 18. The classes of the university will begin on December 3 on the temporary campus of BU in Barisal Zila School, BU Vice Chancellor and Chief Coordinator of the admission test Dr Harun-or Rashid said.It will take 3 to 5 years to complete the construction work of the permanent campus, he added.
A total 15,110 appeared for the written test held on November 3, 2012 at the 27 centers of the city in two shifts -> 10:00-11:00 am and 3:00-4:00 pm under four units. Of the total 1693 were got pass marks. Pass mark was fixed 48 out of 120 numbers.
