Return your original receipt from British Council office along with the cancellation form.
Request for transfer/postponements/cancellations made less than 5 weeks from the exam date can be considered only under medical/family/academic emergencies. Candidates should provide valid original documents to support their claim while making such requests. These requests will be granted only at the discretion of the Head of IELTS.
