Job Description:

Identify development support organizations that can provide development services to artisan

Ensure development efforts are functioning in tandem with market opportunities and the goals of the Purchasing Department.

Educational Qualification:

MBA in HRM & PGDPM/ PGDHRM.

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience

Job Requirement:

Understanding of the handicrafts production process

Understanding of and commitment to the practice of fair trade

Work Location: Dhaka
