Job Responsibility:
Design & develop In-House Training & Development program for all Robi Axiata Limited (RAx) staff
Manage & monitor external trainings (Local & Global)
Ensure effective research on different HR parameters to make report to management for necessary changes in policies and processes
Plan & implement induction & orientation program for all new employees
Introduce orientation program for Senior Management which includes CXO’s, Expatriates
Manage Training Need Assessment & Analysis in line with PMS for every employee and implement & evaluate trainings in RAx.
Educational Qualification :
Business graduate from any reputed university with good academic background

Additional Requirements :
Must have adequate knowledge and skill in HR Research, Training & Development
Should have strong leadership and people management skills to develop employees in line with organizational values and competencies
Should have capability of handling personnel management effectively

Must be a strong team player and reflects a positive & assertive mind set, act as change agent
