Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensuring smooth Cement processing & production of the Cement Industry.
- To maintain all other related issues with the related plant.
- Handling all operations related unloading raw materials and process flow of the cement for ensuring uninterrupted production.
- Making process up-gradation and ensuring quality of Cement .
- Analyzing the production to set production target and brief the key persons to have the decision and necessary proceedings in thereafter.

B. Sc in Mechanical / Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Having MBA degree will be given preference)
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 40 to 50 year(s)
- Out of the above the person should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the similar position in any Cement Industry.
- Capable to make annual raw materials budget
- Capable of making production plan, production report ,etc.
- Capable of handling pressure and working under stress in Factory.
- Should have good interpersonal and high level of managerial skill.
- Skilled in computer using for various correspondences
- Capable of establishing effective interpersonal relationships with others , and exercise a fair amount of tact
