Oxfam is looking for dynamic team player for its Diversity and Indigenous Peoples Leadership Project under Bangladesh Programme. This is fixed term position of the Country Programme. Job Description:
You will be responsible for
effective delivery of Oxfam’s Diversity and Indigenous Peoples
Leadership projects focusing on rights based approach through technical
and hand holding support to local NGO partners. You will also be
providing support in advocacy initiatives and monitoring of the project
progress.
Educational Qualification:
You need to have an academic qualification of Masters in social science or other relevant discipline.

3 years working experience on
working with indigenous and socially excluded community, understanding
on right based programming, partnership management and development.
Candidate must have good written and oral proficiency both in English
and Bangla required.
