Job Requirement:
- Basic know-how about installation and configuration of OS, webmail, wireless devices, CCTV, networking equipments and PABX. Benchmarking and auditing capability of a network environment with user, server and storage computers. Good typing speed (Bengali 30-40 wpm and English 50-80 wpm).
- At least 2 years hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience. Work experience in similar job will be given preference.
- Professional certification from any international training centre on basic computing, networking, User OS or Server OS will be given preference.
