The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Training need Analysis (TNA).
- Training Module Preparation,
- Conduct Training,
- Managing Training,
- Prepare reports based on Post Training Analysis.
Educational Qualification:
BBA/MBA/Masters Preferably in Marketing/Economics/ Public Administration from a reputed public university.
Work Experience:
2-3 years experienced
Job Requirement:
- Computer Literacy
- Communication in English
- Excellent presentation skills
