Victoria University of Bangladesh started its journey after getting the approval from the government of Bangladesh. Its academic activities were started in 2004. This university has BBA, MBA, Bachelor of Arts in English, MA in English and Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality Management courses. Its campus is situated in front of Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in Pantapath. Realizing the fact that English is essential for higher education in home and abroad, Victoria University offers a free intensive English course for all of its students.
