Eligible candidates:Talented students from outside the European Economic Area (holding a non-EEA-nationality) can apply for a Hanze Scholarship. Candidates must have been officially accepted into a full-time degree programme at Hanze. The candidate does not receive a scholarship from another organisation for the same period of study as the Hanze scholarship and must be able to comply with Dutch visa regulations.

Value and purpose of grant: € 3.500 - € 5.700
Grant award period: Students that have been selected will initially receive a scholarship for the first year. If they pass the first year in the nominal period, the scholarship is extended for the official duration of the programme that they are enrolled in, provided they make sufficient study progress.
Closing date: Deadlines are between 1st and 15th May, depending on the programme. For detailed information per school, please visit www.hanzegroningen.eu.

Application procedure: Applications for the scholarships can be done while applying for the degree programme, see www.hanzegroningen.eu/applications. Hanze scholarships are awarded by the schools. More information: The Hanze scholarship programme is selective. The best candidates will be selected for a scholarship by the school offering the study programme. Applicants will be selected on the basis of academic merit and motivation.
