Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) and Bangladesh Civil Service Administration Academy (BCSAA) jointly organized an inaugural ceremony for the second 12-month course in 'Masters in Public Policy and Management' (MPPM) on July 01, 2013 at the BCS Administration Academy.
A total of 35 participants attended the ceremony. Abdus Sobhan Sikdar, senior secretary, Ministry of Public Administration, was the chief guest where Professor Dr. M. Shamsul Haque, Vice-Chancellor,NUB, was special guest at the inaugural ceremony.
The chief guest inaugurated the ceremony with Shafique Alam Mehdi, secretary to the government and Rector of BCSAA, in the chair. Among others, Abdur Rouf Chowdhury, MDS of BCSAA, Dr. Kazi Shahdat Kabir, Chairman and Associate Professor, Department of Public Policy and Management were also present in the ceremony.
